Aarya Sufiana Exposes the Struggle of Women with Lack of Boundaries
Feminine Empowerment Coach Aarya Sufiana Sheds Light on Struggle of Women with Lack of Boundaries
In the realm of feminine empowerment, one name stands out: Aarya Sufiana. Known for her insightful perspectives, Aarya has been vocal about the challenges women face due to a lack of boundaries. According to her, this issue has a profound impact on their overall well-being and empowerment.
Aarya believes that the societal pressure of "Log Kya Kahenge" (what will people say) is one of the biggest religions in India, especially for women. It acts as a significant barrier, preventing them from setting healthy boundaries and asserting their needs. Women often find themselves trapped in a never-ending cycle of seeking approval and validation, sacrificing their own desires and aspirations in the process.
As per Aarya this is just the start of such a toxic self defeating cycle that our unconsciously programmed patriarchal society and family systems create in us women which invariably leads us towards severe low self-esteem.
Furthermore, Aarya highlights how shame and guilt are frequently employed as weapons to create such unhealthy codependency in women that they often start shaming their own selves. As a result, a woman’s authentic feelings are not just rejected by external manipulation, but she gets programmed to reject her own needs, her truth, feelings and intuition as well, which is termed in psychology as ‘gaslighting’. It is a way of communication whereby your genuine experience is ridiculed, judged or rejected, to mislead YOU for the abuser’s advantage. For example, after abusing the victim, she’s told that that never happened, or you’re such a drama queen, you like to over-exaggerate everything.
As a result you almost always subconsciously feel like ‘I am NOT ENOUGH’. Aarya adds that this feeling of not-enoughness often lies at the root of most of women’s challenges, such as lack of healthy self-esteem/self-love and self empowerment, which in turn creates a life of scarcity, inability to live their greater purpose, lack of success in every area of their lives basically- even for the most beautiful, talented, intelligent women.
So to move towards healing, awakening and to bring abundance of everything that our heart desires, she says, our FIRST STEP certainly needs to be healthy boundaries- learning to stay away from toxic situations and people. She lovingly reminds women, “If you do not say NO to what you don’t want in your life, how will you possibly say YES to what you do want in your life….”
So Aarya has dedicated her life to help women come out of this life of self-sabotage and reclaim their own true self-worth and their AUTHENTIC POWER, which can in turn lead to a life of lasting happiness, peace, love and so much more. “I’m here to make women fall madly, deeply, authentically in love with themselves”, affirms Aarya, “it is high time we make space for women’s voices in the world and help them thrive at every level”.
Aarya has been sharing her deep insights on women's empowerment and feminine leadership, on her Facebook & Instagram profile regularly. Through thought-provoking posts, she provides guidance and inspiration to women seeking to break free from societal constraints and find their true voices. Primarily known as the teacher of teachers, her Feminine Leadership trainings are bringing women from myriad countries and cultures together to TRULY RISE UP IN SISTERHOOD.
In conclusion, Aarya Sufiana sheds light on the effects of lack of boundaries that women struggle with. By addressing the toxic influence of "Log Kya Kahenge," the use of shame and guilt as weapons, and the impact of gaslighting, Aarya aims to empower women to reclaim their power, embrace self-love, and establish healthy boundaries. Her words serve as a powerful reminder that women possess the inherent strength to redefine their narratives and shape their own destinies.
