Drones will now be manufactured in Adani's company, deal with this startup
Adani Group's Adani Defense Systems & Technologies recently invested in a Bengaluru-based startup that makes commercial drones to acquire 50% stake in General Aeronautics.
Adani Defense CEO Ashish Rajvanshi informed in a BSE filing that this acquisition will help the company increase its military UAV capability. This deal can be completed by 31 July 2022.
